This is a project set up by posters on the BillJamesonline site. At some point that site will no longer be around, though a member is working on moving the content to a new location. I'll update after that happens. It is kept small by electing only one additional person each year.
I had a thought about going even smaller, and electing Baseball's inner circle. What I will do is use this list as a starting point - if you aren't in the small hall, you can't be considered for the inner circle.
